How I went from overworked, full of scary stories in my mind, disconnected from myself and from my purpose to helping thousands of people to heal, trust, connect and follow their star, and have 3 books, impacting lives.
I was born in Lisbon on May 30th, 1969, in a traditional family with 4 brothers. Since I remember I was very curious, eager to learn, passionate about nature, full of dreams and feeling called, by a small voice, to something bigger. However, my life wasn’t easy and simple.
Crossing unexpected thresholds:
health, law, and spiritual adventure.
The first years were rough.
I found myself climbing a very steep mountain, with rocks rolling, juggling a hard job in health, hemodialysis, and law school all at the same time. I didn’t know how I could stand it, almost without sleep, I was stressed all the time, and worried. Wherever I sat I fell asleep … My mind and emotions were like an enemy draining my energy. My relationships were in turmoil, nothing was working. And even my dream about being a lawyer, having a successful career in the end was not fulfilling for me. I felt burned out, disconnected, empty, and lost… a turning point was needed, stepping in into my infinity, and not my limitations, becoming and being the main character of my life.
That’s when quantum healing, quantum physics, and practical spirituality entered my life. At the age of thirty I felt an inner calling to expand my consciousness – to connect with the Origin, which is pure consciousness, to heal, become a quantum activator, teach, develop people’s potential, raise their energy, mentality, and attitudes, transforming lives.
I traveled the world and underwent training in various fields such as Quantum Physics, Shamanism, Alternative Therapies and Waldorf Pedagogy.
I was initiated to be a quantum activator, raising energy frequencies inside people’s field, from quanta to cells and all systems of energy, introducing new models and updating energy patterns that create order, wellbeing and presence.

Activate, expand, and reignite people’s potential, capacities, energy, and 16 senses, so they can embrace who they truly are, healing and enriching their lives with love, joy, peace, abundance, and meaning.
I apply innovative knowledge, Unified Quantum Healing method, and the connection to the Origin, propelling people into their purpose, empowering them to amplify their consciousness. Transforming infinite possibilities, dreams, into amazing realities, towards a better global society and planet.
I believe life is a spiritual adventure and the more you stand on your feet, heart wide-open, trust, follow your star and act, the more glorious, fun, unpredictable and delicious your life is.
What I value and what moves me:
